Without an account

You can plan trips without signing in. Searches are sent to our servers to compute routes and are not stored against you. Saved trips, saved routes, recent places and your light or dark choice live in your browser only.

With an account

If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We store, in Google Cloud Firestore (project region India), the following so it follows you across devices:

• Saved trips and saved routes.
• Home, work and other places you add.
• Travel preferences and alert settings.
• A profile photo if you upload one.

We never see your Google password. Sign-in keeps a session cookie on this device for 14 days.

Rider reports

Reports (late, cancelled, wrong fare and so on) are anonymous. We store the trip, the report type, an optional note and the time. Counts and the latest type are shown to other riders for 48 hours.

What we do not do

• No payment details. Bookings happen with the operator, Flights70 or Hotels70.
• No location history. "Use my location" is resolved once, in your browser, when you press it.
• No sale of personal data and no advertising profiles.

Third parties

• Google for sign-in and Firestore storage.
• Vercel hosts the site and sees standard request logs.
• OpenStreetMap, Photon and Nominatim receive the place names you search to turn them into coordinates.
• Transitous (open transit routing) receives the coordinates and time of your search.
• Wikimedia Commons serves place photos.

Your data

Signed in, open Privacy & data to download everything as one file, sign out everywhere, or delete your account. Deletion removes your Firestore data and your Google-linked account with us within seconds.
