Xilinhot
Xilinhot is a county-level city that serves as the prefectural seat of government for the Xilingol League in Inner Mongolia, China.
In 2010, it has a jurisdiction area of 14,785 km2 (5,709 sq mi) and a population of 245,886; 149,000 people live in the Xilinhot urban area.

Things to do
Naadam: Annually, usually in summer. A traditional Mongolian festival featuring horse racing, wrestling and archery, along with music, dance and other cultural activities. Large celebrations are held on the grasslands around Xilinhot, and the festival is one of the main opportunities for visitors to experience local Mongolian traditions.
