Tiruppur
Tiruppur or Tirupur ( ), is a city and municipal corporation in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
Located on the banks of the Noyyal River in Western Tamil Nadu, it is the fourth largest city in the state. It is the administrative capital of Tiruppur district and is administered by the Tiruppur Municipal Corporation.
Getting to Tiruppur
The nearest airport is located at Coimbatore (45km), which is well connected to Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai. A couple of international destinations is also served by this airport. Take a cab from the airport to reach Tirupur. One-way drop-off into Tirupur would cost about ₹1200/-. Best bet would be to hire a cab from a pre-paid counter inside the arrival terminal.
