San Jose del Monte
San Jose del Monte (SJDM), officially the City of San Jose del Monte, is a component city in the province of Bulacan, Philippines.
According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 685,688 people, making it the largest local government unit within the province of Bulacan and Central Luzon, and the 18th most populated city in the Philippines.
Getting to San Jose del Monte
San Jose del Monte is 65 kilometres (40 mi) from Malolos and 30 kilometres (19 mi) from Manila. There are many city buses heading to San Jose del Monte from Metro Manila, mostly via Quirino Highway. The most common route to San Jose del Monte is the PITX-Grotto route, which plies Manila, Commonwealth Avenue, and Quirino Avenue.
