Pershore
Pershore is a market town and civil parish in the Wychavon district, in Worcestershire, England.
It lies on the banks of the river Avon and in the Vale of Evesham, 6 miles (10 km) west of Evesham and 10 miles (16 km) east of Worcester. At the 2011 census, the population was 7,125. The town is best known for Pershore Abbey.
Getting to Pershore
Pershore is 6 miles (10 km) west of Evesham and 6 miles (10 km) east of Upton-upon-Severn in the Vale of Evesham. The First X50 bus goes from Worcester to Evesham via Pershore each hour from 6:40AM to 6:25PM.
Worth seeing
- 01Pershore Abbey
The parish church is the only remaining building of an abbey dating back to around 700.

Neo-palladian mansion that belonged to the 6th Earl of Coventry.
