It has few residential areas including Taman Paya Rumput Perdana, Taman Paya Rumput Indah, Taman Paya Rumput Utama, Taman Seri Paya Rumput, Taman Rumput Jaya, Taman Permai Indah and Taman Paya Emas, as well as a namesake Light Industrial Area.
