Nawabshah
Nawabshah is a city and also the headquarter of Nawabshah Tehsil in Shaheed Benazirabad District of Sindh province, Pakistan.
This city is situated in the middle of Sindh province. It is the 27th most populous city in Pakistan. Nawabshah is called the heart of Sindh province.
Getting to Nawabshah
Nawabshah is served by Nawabshah railway station and has railway connections with almost all the major Pakistani cities and towns. Many of the trains both air-conditioned and non air-conditioned travelling between Southern city of Karachi and Punjab make brief stop at Nawabshah railway station.

Worth seeing
The mausoleum of Thul Mir Rukun is an archaeological and historical tomb 15 km away from the town of Daulatpur. A road from the town of Kazi Ahmed via Pabjo village leads to Thul Rukan, where one is able to reach this thousand-year-old archaeological construction. The height of this tomb is 18 m (60 feet) from ground level.

There are many basic restaurants scattered throughout the city of Nawabshah, mostly serving Pakistani food as well plenty of Bar B Q serving restaurants on the Sarkand Rd. New Sukoon Restaurant, Court Rd,. A cosy restaurant in city serve some excellent and delicious meals in air-conditioned lounge.
Getting around Nawabshah the local way
- Get aroundOne can go to different parts of the city by self driven cars, private taxis as well rickshaws both shared motorcycle type rickshaws as well typical rickshaws.
- Get aroundWithin Nawabshah, rickshaws of both types provide cheap and quick transportation for going from one place to another or for city tour and are perfectly fine.
