Madrona

Madrona is a mostly residential neighborhood in east Seattle, Washington.

It is bounded on the east by Lake Washington; on the south by E. Cherry Street, beyond which is Leschi; on the west by Martin Luther King Jr. Way, beyond which is the Central District; and on the north by E. Howell Street, beyond which is Denny-Blaine.

Getting around Madrona the local way

  • Get inSeaplane service is available between Seattle and various island destinations throughout Washington state and British Columbia.
  • Get inRenton Municipal Airport (), farther from downtown than Boeing Field but still closer than Sea-Tac Airport, is another option for general aviation, with a sea plane dock at the north end of the airport on Lake Washington known as Wiley Post Memorial Seaplane Base.

  • Get inThey serve the Mukilteo Ferry Terminal (18) and Paine Field Airport (8) from both Seaview Transit Center and Everett Station.
