Hamhung
Hamhŭng is North Korea's second-largest city, and a major port city and industrial hub.
Hamhung is the capital of South Hamgyŏng Province and the 16th largest city in the Korean Peninsula. Located in the southern part of the South Hamgyong Province, Hamhung is the main and most populous metropolitan area in the province. Hamhung was centrally planned and built by the North Korean Government.
Getting to Hamhung
As with anywhere else in North Korea, getting into the city will be only possible as part of an official organised tour. Apparently some tours do include Hamhung on their itinerary.
