Frizington

Frizington is a village in the Cumberland district of Cumbria, England.

It lies to the north-west of the Lake District National Park. Historically, it was a collection of farms and houses, but became a unified village as a result of the mining opportunities in the area. The village is known for its church, which was built in 1867–1868.
