Flatbush
Flatbush is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn.
The neighborhood consists of several subsections in central Brooklyn and is generally bounded by Prospect Park to the north, East Flatbush to the east, Midwood to the south, and Kensington and Parkville to the west. The modern neighborhood includes or borders several institutions of note, including Brooklyn College.
Getting to Flatbush
The 2, 3, 4, and 5 (Weekdays only) all go to Franklin Avenue and then split. The 2 and 5 go down Nostrand Avenue into Flatbush, while the 3 and 4 continue into Crown Heights. It's possible to get to Bed-Stuy by taking the A and C trains or the G train. The B and Q also stop in this district near Prospect Park, Flatbush, and continue through Midwood to the south.
