It is situated 3 miles (5 km) south west from Bourne and 3 miles (4.8 km) south from Corby Glen, on the River Glen. In 1921 the parish had a population of 72. On 1 April 1931 the parish was abolished and merged with Counthorpe to form "Counthorpe and Creeton".
