Cerklje na Gorenjskem is a village in northwestern Slovenia.
It is the seat of the Municipality of Cerklje na Gorenjskem.
Getting to Cerklje na Gorenjskem
Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport (LJU IATA) (Slovene: Letališče Jožeta Pučnika Ljubljana), is located within the municipality next to the villages Brnik. By car, you can access it via the highway A2, exits Brnik (if driving southwards) and Vodice (if driving northwards).
Things to do
Kravaec (ski, mountain bike or hike) (by car via Cerkelj na Gorenjskem, Dvorje and thereafter Grad),. Home to a much liked ski resort, which is, during summer, also a bike park and offering great places to hike.
