Brampton

Brampton is the ninth most populous municipality in Canada and the regional seat of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

It is also the third most populous city in the Greater Golden Horseshoe urban area, behind Toronto and Mississauga. Brampton is part of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), located in the Canadian province of Ontario, and is a lower-tier municipality within the Peel Region. The City of Brampton is bordered by Vaughan to the east, Halton Hills to the west, Caledon to the north, Mississauga to the south, and Etobicoke (Toronto) to the southeast.

Getting to Brampton

Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ IATA) in Mississauga is located immediately to the south-east of Brampton. From the airport a taxi costs $45, and takes about 30 minutes, all depending on traffic. Brampton Transit runs Airport Express (route 115) buses from Pearson Airport to Bramalea City Centre.
