Borrowdale
Borrowdale is a valley and civil parish in the English Lake District in Cumberland, England.
It is in the ceremonial county of Cumbria, and is sometimes referred to as Cumberland Borrowdale to distinguish it from another Borrowdale in the historic county of Westmorland.

Getting to Borrowdale
Down the B5286 from Keswick along the east bank of Derwent Water. Over the Honster Pass from Buttermere. Stagecoach operate regular bus services to Borrowdale, particularly in the summer (start of April to end of October). These all depart from the main bus station in Keswick outside Booths supermarket.
