Biñan
Biñan, officially the City of Biñan, is a component city in the province of Laguna, Philippines.
According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 584,479 people, making it the most populous city in the province of Laguna.
Getting to Biñan
Biñan is the southern terminus of city bus route 15 originating from One Ayala in Makati. Buses are operated by JAC Liner, which has a terminal at the Poblacion, and run express between Makati and Biñan, leaving the South Luzon Expy (SLEX) usually at Carmona. Buses to and from Biñan are generally oriented to weekday commutes, so, expect some crowding on rush hours.
Worth seeing
Just like its northern neighbor, San Pedro, Biñan has a few destinations worthy of importance, and most areas of the city are residential or industrial zones.
