Adoor
Adoor is a municipality in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala, India.
It is the headquarters of the Adoor taluk and Adoor revenue division. Adoor is located 17 km (10.6 mi) southwest of the district headquarters Pathanamthitta and 92 km (57.2 mi) north of the state capital Thiruvananthapuram.

From Thiruvananthapuram (100 km) or Kochi (130 km).
Worth seeing
Parthasarathy Temple (near the Private Bus Stand). The most important temple in town. Trichenamangalam Mahadevar Temple (10 kilometers away at Peringanad). Sree Dharma Sastha Temple (5 kilometers away at Chenampalil). Peedikayil Devi Temple (Pannivizha). A wonderful temple with century old traditions. Sree Mahadevar Temple (Pannivizha). One of the rare Dekshinamoorthy temples with century old traditions.
