Sanming, also known as Minzhong, is a prefecture-level city in western Fujian province, China.

Unicorn Mountain Park (麒麟山公园). The park has restaurants, teahouses, Department of photography and the arts and crafts exhibition hall and other service facilities. Where to eat
Sanming Fried Gluten (三明油面筋). A local specialty with a rich regional flavor. The main ingredients include wheat flour and peanut oil. In the preparation process, wheat flour is kneaded into a dough, undergoes a series of processes to become gluten, and is finally cut into chunks before being deep-fried until golden and crispy.
