In Jingmen, you can taste a variety of local delicacies. Here are some signature dishes worth trying: Jingmen Fish The waters around Jingmen, especially Zhanghe River, are rich in fresh fish, known for their tender meat. These fish are often made into steamed fish or clear soup fish, traditional dishes in the region. Although hot dry noodles originated in Wuhan, they can also be found in many restaurants in Jingmen.
